We offer a 14 day return policy on all products (except made-to-measure, personalized, configured and custom-made products as well as pet food and vouchers - this includes all items made from Biothane & Leather). The customer bears the return shipping costs himself.

Please note that only unused, undamaged and undamaged products can be returned.

Return process:

• Write us an email to info@woofed.de or use the contact form stating your order number and the reason for the return (so that we can make improvements if necessary).
• We will check your return request and whether you are entitled to free return shipping, e.g. if the goods are faulty.
• We will send you all information about the return and, if necessary, a return label within 2 working days
• As soon as we receive the return, we will check the goods and issue a refund if everything is in order. This can take up to 7 working days.

A notice : In the event of a return, any free products must also be returned.
